It has since sold more than one million copies. Fifteen years ago, the CSIRO published its first Total Wellbeing Diet book, based on clinical trials conducted by the organisation. But it is a competition the CSIRO is a serious contender in. “It’s a competitive market,” Hendrie says of the diet industry.
